DOP Meeting with Unions regarding 7th CPC

Subject:  Notice for Meeting with Representatives of  recognized non affiliated Service Associations/Unions and recognized Associations/unions to discuss the issues relating to the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission.

A meeting with the  representatives of non affiliated recognized Service Association/Unions and recognized Associations/unions will be held on      08-12-2015 at3.00 P.M. under the Chairpersonship of Secretary (Posts) in G.P. Roy committee Room, 2nd Floor,  Dak Bhavan,  New Delhi to discuss the recommendations of   the Seventh Central Pay Commission relating to various cadres/posts of the Department.  The Staff Side may examine the recommendations relating to the different cadres and furnish their comments.

          Please make it convenient to attend the meeting.

(i)           ADG(GA) – For booking the Committee Room and arrangements of Tea/Coffee/Snacks through CPLO.  Exact number of persons and Menu etc. will be intimated later.
(ii)          Caretaker – To ensure cleanliness of Committee Room and arrange flower vase etc.
(iii)        A.E. (Elect) – for ensuring functioning of mikes etc.
